Here at P. A. C. C., we believe that children can be looked upon as our leaders of tomorrow.  Therefore, we provide hands on activities that encourage children to explore the world around them through language, science, math, art, computers, creative thinking and problem solving.  Our facility and families are diverse.  We provide a multicultural environment through the use of books, songs, pictures, foods, arts and clothing.  Children are encouraged to practice self-help skills and acknowledge self-worth.  We welcome children with special needs and support their growth and learning development while providing the foundation for all learning to follow. 

P.A.C.C also believes that the parent is the child’s first teacher. With that in mind, we involve our parents in lesson planning and encourage parental involvement and input. P. A. C. C. is geared towards servicing and catering to the child, community and family by providing quality childcare. P. A. C. C. is an asset to the community due to the quality of childcare we provide to our families who require extended hours and a safe learning environment for their child/children.
